We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 3.90 € per order. You can choose between DHL and DPD shipping.
From an order value of 48,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Delivery to Austria:
We charge a flat rate of 6,90 € per order (DPD) or 8,50 € (DHL) for shipping. You can choose between DHL and DPD shipping.
From an order value of 80,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Delivery terms
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) will be made within 1 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 21 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Refusal to accept the shipment
If the buyer refuses to accept the ordered goods, or if the goods are returned to the seller due to incorrect recipient information, the buyer is in default of acceptance according to §§ 293 ff. BGB in default of acceptance and owes the seller the compensation of additional expenses. The seller is entitled to charge the buyer for the damage incurred, including additional expenses in the amount of the costs of the return.
